I am wondering have we integrated openGWAS data to open targets platform?

Hi Shicheng,

We are in a close collaboration with the GWAS Catalog, form where the Genetics Portal sources its GWAS data. As the Catalog is considered the de facto standard repository of the field, they do their best to make the collection as complete as possible. If you spot any GWAS Studies on the OpenGWAS website, which is not yet in the GWAS Catalog, please let them know, they surely curate it as soon as they can. Once that happens, the GeneticsPortal will then ingest the data.
