Opentargets Tractability dataset (from chembl)

Hello,

I have used on occasions a tractability dataset that is on the FTP site and as I understand used as input to the OpenTargets data pipeline. I see a note in the pipeline code that this is from the Chembl team.

In this file there are min/max protein half-life data. I had two questions:

  • What are the units of the half-life data (assuming hours)
  • What is the source of those data? Can I find the source more directly?
