Thank you for your interest in using our platform. The p-values provided in our eQTL results are raw/uncorrected p-values. They have not been corrected for multiple testing, so you may need to adjust them as needed or check if the QTL source does p-value correction before making the results public if possible. In particular, from checking the LCL Geuvadis dataset it only provides raw p-values which are then ingested into our platform without correction.
