I’ve been using opentargets to retrieve credible sets for several UK Biobank traits. one the old genetics portal, you had data from Neale GWAS (https://genetics.opentargets.org/Study/NEALE2_23126_raw/associations). However I can’t find the Neale GWAS sumstats on the new portal and the old link I was using no longer works. Have these studies been removed? Or am I just unable to find them with my searches.

Unfortunately, the Neale et al. study was added to open targets genetics in a bespoke process and it hasn’t been ported the Open Targets Platform. Nevertheless, we are working with the GWAS catalog to ingest the pan-UKBB study from the Broad Institute that will hopefully superseed the Neale study.
In the current platform there are a significant number of meta-analysis based on UKBB, so it’s likely some of the associations are already captured by other studies.
