I recently learned from community discussions that the Neale lab summary statistics from UK biobank are not ported on to the newer versions of open targets. I was wondering whether the older version of Open Targets is still available for users to download, especially the credible sets and locus-to-gene results.

Thank you for you interest in the OT results. The old OT Genetics data is available to download here: https://ftp.ebi.ac.uk/pub/databases/opentargets/genetics/ .
The old OTG data model doesn’t explicitly support the credible set logic but it is possible to extract lead variant and associated genes with corresponding L2G scores.
