I am curious about the roadmap of OpenTargets to compatible to T2T-CHM13?

Hi @Shicheng_Guo!

Open Targets doesn’t currently have a roadmap for compatibility with T2T-CHM13. As we integrate many different data sources, compatibility with the new genome assembly will depend on how each data source handles it.

You may be interested to know that the Platform already integrates some information on targets that are not mapped to GRCh38, if there is enough information to support their existence.

I’ll let you know if we have updates on this!
