I am interested in when there will be updated data pulled into https://genetics.opentargets.org/. It looks like the last update was 10/2022? I would love to get L2G scores for summary statistics that have been posted since then.

Hi Josh,
Thanks for your interest in Open Targets Genetics! We will share a more specific timeline as soon as we are able, but we are currently hard at work on a new release. The team is working on streamlining our pipelines and updating our methodologies, with a particular focus on optimising clumping, colocalisation, and fine-mapping.
This work will speed up our processes, and allow us to experiment with improvements to our Locus-to-Gene (L2G) scoring. The pipeline refresh will also enable us to develop Open Targets Genetics for the future.
