I am curious if DECIPHER v11.23 have been engaged in Open Targets OT platform.

Dear Shicheng,
at the moment we bring on the overarching gene-disease assessments from Gene2Phenotype, because the variant level data is protected and we cannot make this open source. We are, however, are in discussions with the team on other ways we can collaborate.
