Hello! I recently downloaded the L2G scores from the latest release on the platform, using the ftp site. I saw that the L2Gs corresponded to the studyLocusIds, but was wondering if there was a way to map these to corresponding GWAS?

To map L2G scores to corresponding GWAS studies, you can join the L2G predictions table with the credible sets table, which includes all studyLocusIds. In the credible set dataset, you’ll find a studyId field that points to the GWAS study.
If you want to know more details about the study itself, you can download the Study table, which provides metadata like the sample size.
