Locating GWAS records for a study in Open Targets Genetics

I have been trying to locate GWAS records for study GCST009379 under the current distribution

ftp://ftp.ebi.ac.uk/pub/databases/opentargets/genetics/22.02.01/sa/gwas/

But when I look through the snappy.parquet files, none of the files seem to contain any records that match this study ID. I have checked that I did download all the 5000 snappy.parquet files offered at the FTP site, and I can find records from other sample studies.

Am I missing something? Or does GCST009379 simply have no GWAS records in OTG ? In that case, why?

Dear SirTarget,

That particular study has not submitted its full summary stats to the GWAS catalog, therefore it is not available in OTG. However, the top loci and the gene assignments can still be queried from the GraphQL API.
