Hi Ivan, I assume you were wondering why the GeneticsPortal was not linking those large number of known GWAS loci to MIR193BHG gene. You could reasonably expect that long non-coding RNA genes are included as the documentation doesn’t list this biotype as excluded. However we are excluding lncRNA as well from the locus to gene prediction as well. We are in the process to review this part of our pipelines and exploring the ways we can expand the gene set without introducing too many false predictions.
