Hello folks, I just finished reading your recent preprint: The Human Pleiotropic Map of GWASAssociations and Therapeutic Implications and wanted to say that it was extremely well-written! I was wondering the ~260k replicated CSs will be made available and if so, in what format? I’m most interested in the molQTL CS. Also, does the current version (26.03) already contain the data from this preprint? Cheers!

The data we used for the paper is from the 25.06 release (with modified L2G). We are considering incorporating the newest releases in the next iteration.
We will make the replication CSs available to everyone as a QC flag of the credible set, which is planned to be incorporated in the following releases. For now, you can easily reproduce it using the code from here.
