We have just released an update to the Genetics portal — version 6!
Key highlights for this release include:
- We have updated to the final version of GTEx — version 8 — which integrates additional RNA-sequencing samples from new donors, and uses the latest genome build (GRCh38)
- We’ve integrated new eQTL data, and since all of the eQTL Catalogue data have been requantified with a new pipeline, we have also redone all the colocalisations.
- We’ve updated the data from the GWAS Catalog; the Genetics portal now features an additional 2,451 studies.
