Special announcement - 28th July 2021
We’re happy to announce that we have new associations datasets available for download and the scores in the datasets match the scores available in the web interface.
You can find the new datasets in our FTP latest directory in both JSON and Parquet formats. Alternatively, you can also access the datasets through our BigQuery instance, open-targets-prod.
