Just a quick note for the Open Targets Community that earlier today, we pushed a minor patch update to our latest release (21.04).
In this update, we resolved two evidence scoring bugs reported by users:
- The evidence score for Project Score data is now capped at 1
- The evidence score for ClinVar and ClinVar (somatic) data is now capped at 1
These fixes have been applied to data returned by the GraphQL API and data available download via FTP or BigQuery.
We also adjusted our front-end deployment process to fix a browser error.
If you have any questions about this update, please comment in the thread below.
Thanks for the patch update! But from what I can see the discrepancy between JSON content and data shown in the web interface (API) is not covered by this fix?
You are right. We still have this pending bug.
Hopefully, we will get to the bottom of it soon.
Thanks for reporting
Any update on the updated JSON files with the correct scores? It seems they are still not the same as in the web app.
Hi @flo!
Our technical teams are currently working on fixing the associations files. We will provide a further update by early next week.

Thanks a bunch! (And some more characters to make this message more than 20 characters long. :))
