Target Level Tractability Doesn't Match "Known Drugs"

If you review a specific target, say BTK, you will see that the Tractability section reports that it doesn’t have anything in any clinical phases for SM:

However, if you look at the “known drugs” section, its clear that a number of drugs for BTK are in every (?) clinical stage for multiple indications. Is there a reason for this mismatch?
