Dear Open Targets community,
On the Data Downloads page, there are schemas for individual datasets. I am wondering if there is a way to get a combined metadata / schema that covers all datasets available, preferably in a machine-readable format (e.g. JSON, markup language, or something similar)?

Yes, the schemas displayed on the downloads page are all built based on a JSON file following croissant format, which was specifically designed to make complex datasets ML ready. The JSON file can be accessed on the downloads page by clicking on the croissant button. (more information about the croissant standard can be found here)
