R-API Script to Identify High-Scoring Target-Trait Pairs

Dear All,

I am looking to identify some target-trait pairs with “UniProt literature” and “ChEMBL” evidence support and an Association Score greater than 0.45. Could anyone share an R-API script to achieve this from Open Targets?
