Querying older Open Targets Platform versions (need data from 24.09 for neurodegenerative disease)

Hi everyone,

I was wondering if there is a way to query an older version of the Open Targets Platform (specifically version 24.09). I only need the number of targets associated with “neurodegenerative disease” (EFO = EFO_0005772) in that specific release.

Alternatively, if someone already has that data and could share it, I’d be very grateful!

Hi Vittorio!

We had 8,613 targets somehow related to neurodegenerative disease. This number goes up to 13,408 if you consider associations from all child terms.

All data from our previous releases is available on the FTP and in the `gs://open-targets-data-releases`bucket on Google Cloud. The datasets you should be querying are associationsByOverallDirect or associationsByOverallIndirect.
