I am trying to understand SLAPenrich result of gene OR12D2 in Open Targets. OR12D2 gene actually don’t have lots of biology data while SLAPenrich is almost the main platform to identify major biology relevance. I am wondering is there any expert of SLAPenrich could provide some insight for this result. I am curious if it is a false positive finding?
