Is it any essential difference in the "targets" dataset, between synonyms and nameSynonyms?

Hi @koryclick,

Using AR as an example gene:

symbolSynonyms lists all the alternative symbol (abbreviation) gene names e.g. DHTR, AIS, SMAX1, …
nameSynonyms lists all the full name gene names e.g. Dihydrotestosterone receptor, nuclear receptor subfamily 3 group C member 4

synonyms is a combination of the two.
