Hi there, I notice that the association score is inconsistent between the webpage and the data I downloaded from Associations - direct (overall score).
For example, we can see gastric cancer-MYC is 0.42 on webpage, but in the file I downloaded, it is 0.11. Do you know why that is? Thank you

The difference in scores is due to how the Platform handles direct and indirect evidence for an association. You can read more in this post, this post, and the documentation.
