I am wondering if HUNT, SardiNIA and MGI freeze3 dataset are included in OT?

Hi @Shicheng_Guo,

You will notice that these datasets are private, and so we don’t have immediate access to them or the ability to include them in the Genetics Portal.

Over time, we envision the Genetics Portal to grow, and at some point we might start ingesting private datasets provided that we can get access to them under the appropriate (permissive) license. However, we can make no guarantee as to when or if it will happen in relation to these particular datasets or any others.

In any case, thank you for bringing them to our attention!
