We’re looking for a senior bioinformatician to join our core team, working with Maya Ghoussaini on Open Targets Genetics.
Using state of the art statistical genetics analysis, develop new functionalities and features to help prioritise variants at GWAS-associated loci and identify potential new drug targets.
Among others, Open Targets Genetics integrates data from rare variant association analysis, burden tests from the UK Biobank, and tissue enrichment analyses.
