High probability not since OpenTarget focusing on human data. However, incorporate mouse and rate data is so important and it is deserved to do with some extra efforts maybe from other initiatives

Although OT is primarily focused on human, we do ingest data from animal models to inform disease/target relationship and for enriching target information with available mouse models. We exclusively ingest mouse model data from International Mouse Phenotyping Consortium, which integrates data from multiple providers beyond the Jackson lab.

If you have any suggestions as to which information could be reorganised or added from informatics.jax.org to our mouse model widget, please definitely let us know.
