Hello, when I looked at aging profile, I did not find the ontology for aging. Does it not have an ontology or something is wrong?

Hi, welcome to the OpenTargets community! The aging EFO term is expected to be built in the EFO ontology (as seen here), what you are seeing in the frontend is a bug. We are looking into the issue and will fix it as we can. Thank you for reporting.
