I used the EMBL-EBI FTP to download all the V2D cred set information. We are searching from a specific SNP: 4:110796911:G:A from study SAIGE_427_2. In the datafiles it exists as a lead SNP but not as a tag SNP, although we thought that all lead SNPs would also be tagged. When comparing the tag variants we find in these files compared to those found on the web search here: Open Targets Genetics we can see this variant as a tag variant as well (rs6843082).
Is there any reason that the data in Open target genetics credset would not be in the data download credset? I may have made a mistake in our analysis as well so just wanted to make sure.
