First of all, thank you so much for the tools and the great work you’ve done!
I would like to know if it is possible to obtain the input and output datasets for the Gentropy toolkit. Having access to these datasets would help me better understand its functionality and potential applications.

The input and output datasets for Gentropy will be made available in the March release, scheduled for next week. They will be made public both in EMBL-EBI FTP and a Google Cloud bucket (requester pays). You’ll also be able to see the structure in the documentation, with detailed annotations.
We’re keen to hear feedback on Gentropy, so please do let us know what you think!
