Indication duplication resulting from capitalization

There are a number of duplicates in the indication DB based on capitalization. Example: “dementia” and “Dementia”. Checking the profile of the second one produces an error when trying to generate the indication tree.

I found a few more but did not write them down, and will now log them when I encounter them. (Initially I did not attribute the error to duplicates).

Thanks for flagging this! Unfortunately this is a known issue (previously reported here) that we are trying to resolve with the Ontologies team (open ticket here: Duplicated EFO labels and synonyms · Issue #925 · EBISPOT/efo · GitHub).
