How to download "Safety feature" from FTP server?

I am trying to download “Safety feature” from FTP server mentioned below. However, I didn’t find which fold should be the correct folder. Could you please give some information?

The safety data is included on the target object, so you’ll want the outputs of the target step of the ETL: http://ftp.ebi.ac.uk/pub/databases/opentargets/platform/latest/output/etl/parquet/targets/.

If you want to investigate the inputs too, these can be found under: http://ftp.ebi.ac.uk/pub/databases/opentargets/platform/latest/input/target-inputs/safety/
