Hi @Shicheng_Guo,

Currently, GBMI is not one of the Genetics data providers. Following discussions with the team, we have decided that including meta-analyses in the Portal is not in our medium-term goals.
When we integrate a study, we currently need to be able to perform downstream analysis on it (i.e. fine-mapping and colocalisation). The Consortium, on the other hand, has released a preprint urging utmost caution when doing and interpreting fine mapping results from meta-analyses. This is definitely a source to keep an eye on, but for the time being, we won’t be developing an independent pipeline to integrate these sumstats.
