Hi @Shicheng_Guo,

Currently, GBMI is not one of the Genetics data providers. Following discussions with the team, we have decided that including meta-analyses in the Portal is not in our medium-term goals.
When we integrate a study, we currently need to be able to perform downstream analysis on it (i.e. fine-mapping and colocalisation). The Consortium, on the other hand, has released a preprint urging utmost caution when doing and interpreting fine mapping results from meta-analyses. This is definitely a source to keep an eye on, but for the time being, we won’t be developing an independent pipeline to integrate these sumstats.

Thank you Irene for the clarification. It will be quite interesting topic about the extra workflow to handle downstream analysis for meta-analysis results.
