When I query associated targets, I only want a small number of targets with high association score returned. Since there isn’t a ‘size’ field in associatedTargets, I try to use BFilter. But no matter what value I set, it always return 0 count with empty rows.

The BFilter is a “search” filter, so it will only work with entities (e.g. disease, target) and not with values.
Your post made us realise that we need to improve our API documentation in general - and we have created a ticket for this.
