Thanks for the suggestion. We’ll take a look. The integration of this resource is currently not on our roadmap.

Hello!
Could you provide please an update about this topic? My team faced some issues related with this.

  1. We understand there are 2 Depmap project sources integrated in OT Platform (Sanger and Broad institute).
  2. The versions of latest downloadable versions per each source differ (one -sanger- is from 2019 and the other - broad institute- Q2 2024)
  3. some oncology terms across both are inconsistent . -This seriously affect the search engine of opentargets, specially when searching about one ontology term that does not match across sources. My issue has been described in detail here . for example, i want to know cell lines related information from Depmap (never mind Sanger or Broad). but when i search for “invasive breast carcinoma” the “ProjectScore” appears empty.

    while when i search for this term in Depmap Broad institute, it appears full of info. This is just one example but It is affecting the overall score. and also the “profile” tab on my search.
    Could you elaborate more about how Depmap is intergrated please?
    More documentation would be great. I am happy to help if needed from the github side if needed.
