I think another function will be “Question and solved status” implementation. After the users received the answer they need, they can label the question as “Solved”. It will be helpful for the community to identify non-solved questions quickly especially with specific tags.
Hi @Shicheng_Guo, thank you for the suggestion. This is exactly what we started doing since recently. Once the question is answered, it’s marked with a “resolved” tag. In case there aren’t any further updates or question from the person who originally asked the question, the thread is locked after about a week’s time.
