I’m reaching out to inquire about the tissue-disease associations within OpenTargets. Is there a downloadable dataset that maps tissues to diseases?

Thank you for reaching out. Unfortunately there isn’t a ready to download dataset that maps tissues to diseases. We have plans to improve the tissue-disease mapping in the future. Please do let us know if you have any specific use cases that you would like us to include.
