1. The score column represents the L2G score?

Different data sources have different ways of calculating their scores. The evidence score will be the L2G score for the genetics portal evidence. You can find the description of each data source and how their scores are calculated here https://platform-docs.opentargets.org/evidence#evidence-data-sources.

2. I am unable to retrieve the constraint info, which I think is part of the target data. How can I obtain constraint scores for my genes of interest?

You can find an example of a data request for the GnomAD genetic constraint information in the next post. You should be able to extract this fields from the target dataset

Genetic constraint data in BigQuery

I am interested in the “genetic constraints” info available from the Open Targets Platform. However, this bit of info seems like it is not available in BigQuery (platform release version 21.11). Would it be possible to add it or should I fetch this directly from gnomAD? This question was sent to the Open Targets helpdesk and has been posted here so answers can benefit the whole Community of users.
