Hello! I recently downloaded the L2G scores from the latest release on the platform, using the ftp site. I saw that the L2Gs corresponded to the studyLocusIds, but was wondering if there was a way to map these to corresponding GWAS?

Thank you so much!

Hi!

To map L2G scores to corresponding GWAS studies, you can join the L2G predictions table with the credible sets table, which includes all `studyLocusId`s. In the credible set dataset, you’ll find a `studyId` field that points to the GWAS study.

If you want to know more details about the study itself, you can download the Study table, which provides metadata like the sample size.

Hope this helps!
Irene

Great, thank you so much! That is extremely helpful and exactly what I was looking for!

Just to make sure, all of the studyLocusIds present in the output are present in the credible sets data download?

Yes that’s correct.

We are working to document the datasets so it’s clear how to resolve all columns using other datasets. Please bare with us 🙂
