# I'm trying to look up different SNPs like I used to do 2 years ago

I’m trying to look up different SNPs like I used to do 2 years ago, where on the main page of any SNP, you see a graph of all the cancer associations with betas or OR’s listed, or all the autoimmune associations, etc. How can I have access to that again?

Hi @val5678, thank you for your interest in the platform. I believe you are referring to the PheWAS plot we had in the old Open Targets Genetics. We have a restricted version of the PheWAS in our current platform that visualises all association betas for a variant where it is part of a credible set (from significant loci only) — we are not currently depicting associations that are not significant. This plot is accessible in the “GWAS Credible Sets” widget - see the screenshot attached. In the future we plan to add some non-significant associations as well, at least for the representative GWAS for each trait.
