Is it possible to identify gene fusions signatures related to a given disease?

I’d like to know if it was possible to filter out all the signatures “gene fusions” associated to a given disease ?

I am not sure I understood what you want to do with the associations. Are you referring to the somatic gene fusion signatures or is it something else you are after?
