For the "Drug - indications” data, for the “approvedIndications” variable, there are EFO terms listed, along with terms from other databases (MONDO, etc.). Is there essentially “complete” overlap between n the EFO terms, and the terms from other databases? I would like to know, for a drug with approved indications, which indications it has been approved for. It would be ideal to just keep the EFO terms, and ignore the rest, but I’m not sure if I would be losing important information.

Hi @bleep_blop_bloop, and welcome to the Open Targets Community! 🎉

[From our FAQs](https://community.opentargets.org/t/what-ontology-is-used-for-disease-and-phenotype-terms/19):

> Our modified EFO ontology consists of a subset of EFO terms in addition to terms from other ontologies (e.g. Human Phenotype Ontology - HPO) for which an EFO term is not available.
