# Download pharmacogenetics for a set of UniprotIDs

Hello,

I am interested in downloading the pharmacogenetics data for 4 different sets of UniprotIDs. Could you please direct me to the correct ftp link? That is, my input would be the UniprotIDs and the output should be the pharmacogenetic data.

You should find everything you need [here](https://ftp.ebi.ac.uk/pub/databases/opentargets/platform/latest/output/etl/). Depending on whether you are interested in downloading json or parquet files, you will find your dataset within the `pharmacogenomics` folder.

Thank you Annalisa! Just a clarification in case someone will be looking for this information in the future; in the json files, the UniprotIDs should be linked to Ensembl gene IDs and not gene names. So there should be some conversions before extracting the data.
